Placing the order was a breeze, and the delivery came fast. Tracking it was a bit tricky; you had to revisit the website. However, the quality and appearance of the bag were fantastic. It had all the features my daughter desired, and now it's all packed up, just waiting for our little prince to show up!

Well, the baby’s still not here, but the bag got to me just over a week after I ordered it, and I’m really impressed! The customer service at Gigil was super nice when I reached out to them as well. I'm really happy with the bag's quality and design; I got the Bloom backpack and have stuffed it to the brim for the hospital. I’d definitely suggest Gigil to anyone thinking about getting a faux leather backpack :)

I'm really into the bag's design. It looks great and holds all my stuff just fine. But here's the kicker: I ordered it back in July, and right off the bat, the insulated lining in the inner pockets came undone. By September, the strap was toast. Customer service was top-notch, and they quickly sent me a replacement. But guess what? The lining in the second bag has also started to come apart, and I've only had it for a little over a month. It's super frustrating.
